- All orders will be shipped within 24 hours excluding weekends via the method selected online. Orders place after 2:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time will be shipped the following business day. Orders will be packaged and shipped individually per each order and shipped via our preferred delivery service Fed Ex.

- Glacier Outdoor (Glacier Glove, Alaskan Hardgear, Dr. Shade) recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of all information provided by users of our web sites. We created this policy with a fundamental respect for our customers' right to privacy. Glacier Outdoor will not sell, rent, or trade customer information to third parties.
- Returns & Replacements
- Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with each purchase. AHG will replace or repair any of our products caused by a defect in the original materials or workmanship. Since all apparel has an expected service life, this commitment does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, or obvious abuse of the garment. If the product is no longer available, we will replace it with a comparable AHG product.
AHG is not responsible for return shipping charges unless the garment is defective or damaged during shipping. Please allow 30 days for returns processing to be completed.
Dealer will need to Request a Return Authorization (RA) to customer service for repair or replacement.

- All orders are paid via credit cards which will be processed through Authorize.net in an effort to protect your information. All orders are paid in full before the order will be shipped. Pricing on our website is our current retail price. All prices are subject to change without notice. Occasionally we will offer a promotional price with specified dates and pricing. These promotions are short and are subject to change or cancellation without notice.
- Warranty
- Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with each purchase. Alaskan Hardgear will replace any of our products caused by a defect in the original materials or workmanship. Since all clothing has an expected service life, this commitment does not cover damage caused by normal wear or tear, misuse, neglect, or obvious abuse of the garment. If the product is no longer available, we will replace it with a comparable Alaskan Hardgear product or repair the original garment if possible.

Please be aware that when you request an exchange, your credit card is credited for the charges incurred on your original order for the item returned. Please contact us by email or phone for a Return Form to be sent to you.
